Double room in 5 bed house in Peckham available

We are a house of 5 girls looking to replace one tenant by September 1st. Two of us are studying fine art at central St martins (3rd year) and two are working full time (also artists/designers). We value a clean house and enjoy socialising together, going for walks or to the pubs nearby, having friends over in the garden :) the neighbourhood has a lot of families so we like to keep the noise down not too late. We are all pretty easy going, two of us have lived here for a year already and are loving it. Two toilets, large open kitchen space and lots of windows so it’s nice and breezy but keeps warm in winter. We are available all week for viewings!
