Room is good size with lots of inbuilt storage. Furnished with bed and desk.

Bills currently work out at approx £120 each.
£50 one off fee to add new tenant to tenancy agreement.

Flat is 4 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham station, there is a balcony and communal garden. Free parking just outside.

I am looking for someone kind, considerate and fun to share with.
I’m 31 and work in mental health. I have lived in the flat for 6 years.
I enjoy being social with a flatmate (dinner together/ chatting / watching tv) but 100% not a party house!

I really appreciate the flat being kept tidy and communicating effectively with a flatmate to avoid any tension!
The flat is furnished and kitchen well stocked so would prefer someone who does not have tonnes of stuff.

Sadly I am allergic to cats but well behaved house trained dogs are a possibility!

Ideally looking for someone who does not work from home.
