Bright and spacious double room in Peckham

Our housemate will be moving out when our tenancy renews in October so we are looking for someone friendly, fun, sociable and tidy to share the space with.

The room available comes with a double bed and mattress, triple wardrobe and a bedside table. There is also space for a desk, chest of drawers, mirror etc. You will be sharing the main bathroom with just me as Matt has an en-suite.

Our place is a very spacious, bright, modern, new build 3 bedroom property just a couple of mins walk from Queens Road Peckham Station. We have a huge kitchen/dining area downstairs, a separate lounge upstairs connecting to a large balcony, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 large storage cupboards. There is also access to a shared garden/courtyard.

Queens Road station has easy access to London Bridge, Canada Water and Shoreditch, and there are also direct buses to Victoria and Vauxhall very close by. Excellent choice of bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as two big parks (Peckham Rye and Burgess park).
