Double room close to Queens Road

I’m moving out so I need someone to take over my tenancy at my current flat. I have a spacious double room, which has a balcony which is great for the summer months!

You would be sharing with my lovely flatmates Alice and Eva. Alice works in TV production, and Eva works in the arts :) they are both very friendly and up for dinner/ watching something together, but are also very respectful of everyone's private space! I’m looking for someone who wants to take good care of the house and make it feel like home, and that will be a good fit with the girls!

📍The Location
The flat is less than 5 minutes walking to Queens Road Peckham station, which has overground and rail services, so it’s super convenient to get to other locations. There’s lots of buses going to other places in South London and central too.

It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Peckham Rye which has many restaurants, cafes, pubs, Copeland park, etc.

🏡 The Flat
The flat is a 3 bedroom, with one full bathroom and a separate small toilet, which we are currently using as storage but still functional.

The kitchen has lots of utensils and equipment and is very spacious. There is a small separate living room/dining, with a 4 person dinner table and a small 2 person sofa.

The rent is £800 plus bills which come to around £110 a month, including council tax (some of them vary month to month according to use).

We rent through an agency, so you would need to pass their financial checks (proof of income/guarantor etc) and there’s a deposit that is payable to the previous tenant (me) and that you’ll get back when you move out.
