Description
Our current housemate is moving out to travel around Southeast Asia, and we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy for a minimum of 6 months. You will share with me and my boyfriend, who have lived in London for 2 years (originally from Bristol and Belfast).
We are looking for someone who wants a place that is friendly/social, clean, and chilled.
📍The Location
The flat is located on a quiet road, close to many shops, restaurants and pubs (we really love the area!). The flat is located between East Dulwich (8-minute walk) and Peckham Rye station (13-minute walk).
🏡 The Flat
A two-bedroom flat with a shared living room, kitchen, garden and one bathroom. The flat was initially unfurnished, so we have purchased all of the furniture and kitchen bits. So we are looking for someone who wants to take good care of the flat and make it feel like home.
The current housemate is looking to sell some of his furniture (bed, desk and chair), if you will need any bits!

The room is available from the 26th of October.
The rent is £900 plus bills, which comes to around £130 a month (including Council Tax, Band B)
We rent directly through the landlord, and you’ll need to pass their financial checks (proof of income, etc.) to rent the room. The deposit for the room is £770 which will be paid to the landlord through a deposit scheme when we set up a new contract.
