Im looking for someone to come and share my tidy Peckham flat. The room for rent is the front sitting room and therefore there is no shared living room space. That being said, the flat is very spacious with a good sized kitchen & garden and lots of personal space.

£1100.00 bills included
Room includes a sofa and a coffee table and a free standing clothing rack. There isn’t currently a bed but I will provide one if you need. Anything else in the pictures will be removed before move in date.
6 month lease left. Following that, I’m sure you could sign another lease with the landlord.
Landlord is great. Very responsive and helpful.
Shared bathroom.
Queens Road Peckham overground station 7 mins walk.
Peckham Rye 15 mins walk.

Details about me:
Professional working in London fields. Usually 1 day from home a week.
I love coffee, wine and food. Still working on my cooking abilities so I welcome anyone who knows their way around the kitchen. During the week I like to stay active and weekends are usually spent socializing or cleaning the flat .. what can I say.. it brings me joy 🤓.
