Short sublet while I’m away.

Hello, I am renting out my room till the end of my contact in October. The room will be available from September 30th till October 20th. But I am flexible for an earlier start date. The price is fixed at £780 which will cover rent and all bills.

The room is a large spacious double ensuite. The kitchen is shared with 4 Luther flatmates, as one of the flatmates uses the studio on the third floor. The property is close to a Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, and a very short walk to queens road peckham station. With very good bus links to central.

The flat mates are friendly and usually keep to themselves. There is also a garden with a large shed which we use for communal use as there is no living room. The ensuite included a toilet, shower and sink.

The room is furnished with a double bed, but I will be leaving a cabinet with drawers that can be used until the end of room usage. Please contact me for more information! And any questions :))
