Large double room with an en suite available in Peckham, a 15 minute walk from both Queens Road and Peckham Rye stations.

The room is spacious and full of natural light, ideal for working from home with plenty of space for a big desk. The bathroom is private, whilst the living room and kitchen are shared with two others. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed, and drawers, and the rest of the house is well stocked. There is a garden perfect for BBQs in summer.

The current flatmates are two boys in our mid-20s. We are both professionals leading our own lives whilst also happy to cook and relax with each other.

We are looking for a similarly aged professional who is sociable and tidy.

Ultra fast wifi, good transport links, and a residential terraced housing road.

Great transport links to the City of London and elsewhere. Buses run all night taking you all over London. Lidl and Peckham high street are a 10 minute walk away.
