I’ve got a lovely ensuite double room coming available at the end of March in my spacious 900 sq ft ground‑floor flat in Peckham. The place has its own private entrance, a bright open‑plan kitchen/living area, and a really homely vibe.

We’ve just given the flat some great upgrades — engineered wood flooring, premium fencing for extra privacy, and new appliances — so everything’s feeling super fresh!

The Room
It’s a big, comfortable space (4.6 m × 3.5 m) with 3 m ceilings, so it never feels cramped. Comes with a king‑size ottoman bed, two monitors, a desk and chair, wardrobe, drawers, and a bedside table. But I’m totally open if you’d like to switch things up — happy to add, remove, or swap furniture depending on what works for you.

The flat’s also getting a refresh this March, so you’ll have some say in how your room and ensuite are redecorated — a nice way to make it feel like your own from day one.

The Flat
We’ve got both front and back patios, plus access to a roof terrace, great for a bit of sun or a weekend drink. The open‑plan living space is perfect for cooking, chilling, or hanging out.

Location
Right in Zone 2, with loads of transport links — Peckham Rye, Elephant & Castle, Queen’s Road Peckham, and Denmark Hill are all nearby. Burgess Park is just around the corner, and Peckham High Street is a short walk away with great cafes, pubs, and restaurants.

About Me
I work in Finance (hybrid — usually 3 days in the office). I like to keep the flat clean and comfortable, and I’m sociable but also enjoy downtime. I’m really hoping to find someone who wants to make this a proper home — more of a friend/family connection than just flatmates passing by.
