We have had an offer accepted on a beautiful house, and are in the final stages of getting the tenancy sorted. Due to a last minute drop out we need someone to take the final room in the house. We have gone to view the house and fell in love with it, it is in amazing condition and in a lovely location on a quiet residential road.

- Move in date: September 28th
- Rent: £875pm not including bills (we think these will be no more than £100pm)
- Deposit: ~ £1210
- 1 year tenancy

About us

We are 3 girls (23, 25 & 27), who all met through SpareRoom. We are laidback, friendly and clean young professionals who want to make the house a home!

What we are looking for

We are looking for a girl ideally aged 23-28. We want to be friends with the people we live with and create a house with a welcoming environment. We are excited to have a homely flat where we can spend time together, whilst also having our own lives in London and respecting each others spaces.
