Incredible Double Room with En-suite in New Build

Hey there!

I’m gutted to be moving out of my flat share due to work relocation, and need someone to take over my room by 1st October 2024! 😭🫶🏼

The room is really spacious, the en-suite is a great size and doesn’t feel cramped. One really large window that extended all the way out, and black out blinds.

The room has a built in wardrobe with a rail and storage.

The room itself comes with a bed, mattress, and two bedside table units. I am looking to sell my desk, so can leave it for £40 if you’d like to save any hassle! 🙏🏼

The new build:
- 4 bedrooms
- 1 kitchen/lounge space
- 2 communal bathrooms (excluding your en-suite of course)
- outside terrace/decking that is connected to the closed community space
- underground garage
- bin stores with regular collection
- washer/dryer combo machine
- dishwasher, microwave, kettle, over and electric hob!

The bills:
All split evenly between the flat.
- £40 council tax
- £13 WiFi
- £10 water (as and when needs topping up by in-flat meter)
- electric every three months but not usually more than £70 for the 3 month period.
NO GAS!!! Which keeps it cheaper 🤠

The flatmates!
Ross, Tumi, and Gabriel. All ex students who are now working professionals and roughly all the same age around 22-25. Ideally looking for a girl for the 2 girl 2 boy split, however it’s not a big deal as long as the future tenant is respectful and welcoming!
Not a party house, but they would be up for socialising and they’re all easy going :)
