Looking to fill a sunny room in our house as our housemate has excitingly bought a house 🔑

Move in date is flexible / still tbc but likely around late October early November. We'd love you to join the lease!

The house is 5-10 min walk from Queens Road Peckham station and closer to several bus routes. It's also close to a Lidl and a Tesco Express.

You would be living with Elizabeth, Leah and Emily. Elizabeth is a graphic designer for The Economist, Leah works for a language learning app and Emily works in fundraising for charity. We like crafty things, outdoorsy things, and the pub. Looking for a housemate that wants to spend time together, share meals, go to gigs etc. and generally create a wholesome, supportive, communal space that feels like a home.

The room available is on the second floor and comes with a bed, chest of drawers, desk and there is a wardrobe cupboard just across in the hallway. The house has a decent sized living room, kitchen, outdoor space, and two bathrooms.

Rent will be around £680p/m with bills on top roughly another £100.
