Hi all,
I have a spacious double room for rent in a very quiet area, a stone's throw from Burgess park. The room is light and airy and is furnished with a double divan bed with storage, blackout curtains, a built in wardrobe and a desk. The apartment has a large kitchen with a dining table and is fully equipped with all the utensils. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom so no waiting if someone is having a shower!

The flat is situated in a community friendly area with all the amenities on your door step. There is a big Asda and a Tesco Extra within a 10 minutes walk. Head into the town centre 5 minutes away for local shops, restsurants, gp, pharmacy, cinema and more.

The flat has a residential car park in which a permit can be purchased. If you ride a motorbike there is free and safe parking available. There is a bus stop opposite the flat which buses run regularly and 24/7. The closest train station is Peckham Rye which is a 15 minute walk or you can take a 10 minute bus ride to Elephant & Castle Zone 1.

Currently the household has 3 working professionals including myself, 2 males and 1 female. Only one of us works from home 3 days a week.
