My current flatmate is moving out of this great flat and looking for someone to take their room.

- Set over 2 floors with a bright open plan kitchen/lounge connected to a large balcony on the top floor
- Clean modern bathroom with a shower and bath
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine, Fridge, Freezer
- 6 minute walk from Peckham Rye train station
- 5 minute walk from Peckham Rye park
- Close to great local bars, restaurants, and cafes whilst not being directly on Rye lane
- Bike storage
- Car parking space which is not used, so available to the new tenant

Your potential flatmate is David, aged 29 and makes a living as a Renewable Energy Consultant. A very chill and tidy guy who's keen interests are music, football, bouldering, and health/wellbeing. I work from home 1/2 days a week so office in the lounge is normally not their (Ignore the pics!)

What we're looking for in a replacement roomate:
- Aged 25-35
- Ideally a young professional
- Clean, respectable, and will look after the flat
- Someone who is socialable but will respect the flat as shared space
- Minimum 12 months tenancy
