Double room in Peckham

Room for one person available in Peckham, under 10 minutes walk to Peckham rye station and 13 minute walk to East Dulwich station. We have two floors with a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room. Council tax band C. Bills are around £80-£100 each month which includes a cleaner every two weeks. You will be living with three friendly, outgoing boys aged between 27-29, we enjoy going out but also appreciate downtime and like to relax in our shared living room so we would like to find someone similar.
