We’re looking for an easygoing housemate to fill this room in our lovely sociable/chill house in Peckham. I’m going away to France for 5 months and we just need someone to fill the room while I’m away.

We’re four guys in our late 20’s/early 30’s all working in film, very much a creative household and all freelance, so all have our own very unique schedules, often work from home too. Ideally we would have someone also in film, or at least someone in a creative field would be great!

It’s a really tight lovely vibe in the house. It’s essential we have someone that we can all really get along with and can go to the pub with etc etc… be part of our little Peckham family. We’re all very good at looking after and respecting the space and each other, we’re all clean and respectful of each others time. Undoubtedly like to have a party and go out every now and then too. . to the end of April lovely this room in our sociable and chill house.

- In terms of transport, Queens Road Peckham station is just a 3 min walk away, just two stops to London Bridge on National Rail and the Overground runs through too, easily getting to the Jubilee Line and Shoreditch etc. Then you’ve also got Nunhead station a 10 min walk away.

- Re food shopping, there’s a Tesco express just by Queens Road station 3 mins walk away. For big shops, got two big Lidl’s 15 mins walk away and a Morrisons a little closer. Also got loads of cute bakeries and butchers in Nunhead just round the corner.

- There’s loads of nice pubs in the area, telegraph hill is a short walk away too. Peckham Rye is a 15 min walk away that has a great night life with loads of places to drink and cute rooftop bars.

- We don’t have any kind of strict cleaning rota but we all naturally take our turns to clean all the communal living spaces.

- Bills are not included, it varies every month but it’s usually just over £100. However I would be very happy for you to just pay a fixed cost of £100 per month to me. I would still look after all these transactions so can just send that money to me to avoid complications.

- We use Splitwise for all the shared household items too.
Please do drop me a message if this sounds like your vibe. We would obviously need to meet whoever is moving in beforehand and view the place and all that. Also would be great to grab some drinks and get to know whoever is moving in before we make a final decision, as we just want to make sure we’re all on the same vibe.
