Beautiful big double room in Peckham (with dog)

Gorgeous spacious room in Peckham home available from 1st Nov to early Jan (with potential to extend).

My current housemate is going away for a few months and we’re looking for someone to help us with bills and keep the house warm.

The house is close to transport (buses and queens road/peckham overground) and has a large modern kitchen and cosy living room which we’ll share. The room also has a work space and the house has an office, a large modern bathroom and additional separeate toilet.

Looking for someone who is social, kind and very clean - and most importantly someone who loves dogs, as the person who rents this room will have to be up for helping walk and hang out with Charley the dog , and wfh a few days a week to help keep her company. Charley is a rescue Lurcher and loves cuddles but can be nervous on walks so the flatmate will need to have experience with dogs.
