Large double room in beautiful Peckham house

My flatmate Sam is moving home to Canada so I have a lovely spacious room to rent in my three bed period house on a quiet street in Peckham.

I’ve aimed to make it super homely! On the ground floor, there’s a double living/ dining room (with tonnes of books, art, records and a piano, if that’s your thing), a big eat-in kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate loo, and a small garden (+ plants & furniture not in pictures).

The room itself is a furnished double with a desk, quality bed (new this summer), and very large built in wardrobes for all your things, and it’s at the back of the house on the first floor so pretty private. The third (middle) bedroom is left empty for working from home, yoga etc - so there’s plenty of space.

The house is close to Peckham town centre, Peckham Rye (15 mins) and Queens Rd (10 mins) stations, Burgess Park, and lots of bus routes. There’s a newsagents and pub on the corner.

TV and Wi-Fi included, other bills usually £150-200/m incl. fortnightly cleaner.

Here’s a bit about me: I’m Ed (36), background in classical music and education. I’m into design, interesting exhibitions, literature and writing, philosophy, tennis, trail running, pub pints, my cello trio, dancing, and have just joined a makerspace in south London to explore woodwork and novice 3D printing projects. I’ll split my time between the house and my partner’s place in Camden.
