Bright & beautiful room in SE London

Hi! My housemate is moving out and I’m looking to fill the room.
It’s a beautiful high ceiling, ground floor flat situated in a lovely house with 3 other flats that are accessed via a separate gate (we have the front door!) With a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a stunning garden that is shared with the 3 other flats.

The room is facing the back garden, it will have a few shelves and a dresser included (can discuss removal of the dresser if need be) this is the only furniture included in the room.

A bit about myself:
I am a 26 year old working creative and video editor, I work from home 2 days in the week. I enjoy fashion, media, games, Japanese culture and food, lots of nerdy stuff and have many creative hobbies!
I also like to see my friends, go see live music, go to the cinema, pub and gym!

You will be living with me and my wonderful 7 year old black cat Newt, she has a microchip sensor cat flap and can come in and out as she pleases, she is a quiet funny gal and loves to be in the same room as people.

I am looking for someone preferably with similar interests and someone who is tidy and relaxed. This house is lovely and I like to keep it that way of course !✨
