Sunny Double bedroom at Queens Road Peckham

Hello! Moving out of my double bedroom in Peckham after a lovely 1.5 yrs there.

Room: It’s a 2 story home that has a separate living room, big kitchen, and garden. The room is on the first floor and gets lots of natural sunlight with a clear view of the sky (no obstructions). Comes with the bedframe and desk with lamp but you would need to get a new mattress. The clothing rack and shelving unit can stay too and just be negotiated at a nominal price. WFH friendly!

Housemates: It’s a 4 bed flat sharing with a POC girl, POC non binary, and non POC girl all in their mid 20s, and 1 cat. Everyone’s quite busy between school/work/ own social lives so best for someone who has a similar lifestyle. No other pets please, 🌱 friendly. Looking for a femme identifying or non binary person.

Neighbourhood: It’s less than a 5 min walk to Queens Road Peckham overground, 10 min walk to Prince of Peckham, vibey Peckham Rye with Peckhamplex cinema, cool restaurants and tons of nightlife like Jumbi, Peckham Audio, and Tola. There’s a Tesco Express by the station, 2 big Lidls, a Morrison’s, and an Iceland all within a 10 min walk. Can easily walk to neighbouring areas Nunhead, Camberwell, and New Cross.

Bits: Rent is £700 pcm + about £100-£150 in bills (higher in winter). A deposit of £680 would be paid to myself. Contract would begin on Nov 9th but we can chat about moving in slightly earlier. Landlord would need proof of ID, last address, and that can you provide payment. Students will be considered.

Viewings to take place between Sun Oct 20th- Thurs Oct 24th. Decision to be made asap!
