Bright room in cute house, south of Burgess Park

We have an opening in our chilled home in the Peckham / Camberwell area on a quiet residential street just a stones throw away from Burgess Park and close to all other amenities needed. 

The room is on the first floor and has a garden facing Juliette balcony. You're more likely to hear the birds sing over the deliveroo bikes hum. The room is large enough to separate an area for WFH and gets flooded with natural light.

The house is laid out over 3 floors, including a large garage, big kitchen (easily have more than one cooking at one time), shared living area and a gorgeous garden which comes with a bbq. Most appliances having been replaced over the last couple years and the bedrooms were recarpeted this year.

You'll be sharing with Craig (34) Mhairi (31) and Jonjo (32), all working professionals who enjoy living in a chilled environment but still enjoy a glass of wine when we do see each other. We don't have much of a criteria with who we want, just someone chill and respectful but can also bring a little something to our new house dynamics. Bills not included but in total come to approx £90 PCM

The room comes furnished with a bed frame, two wardrobes a chest of drawers and bedside table. You’ll need to get a double mattress. Rianna who is moving out has a couple bits up for sale if they’re of interest when you look around.
