Double room in beautiful 3-bed Peckham house

I have a lovely double room to rent in my three bed period house on a quiet street in Peckham from late December/early January 2026.

I’ve aimed to make it super homely! On the ground floor, there’s a double living/ dining room, a big eat-in kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate loo, and a small garden (+ plants & furniture not in pictures).

The room itself is a furnished double with a desk, quality bed (new this year), and large built in wardrobes for all your things.

The house is close to Peckham town centre, Peckham Rye (15 mins) and Queens Rd (10 mins) stations, Burgess Park, and lots of bus routes. There’s a newsagents and pub on the corner.

All bills included (approx £150/m incl. fast WiFi.
