Room in Flat just off Peckham Rye

I'm renting out a room in a 2 bed flat just off of Peckham Rye Park. The location is so good, you're basically as close as you can be to all the best bits of peckham and nunhead, with east dulwich and lordship lane 5 minutes the other way.

The flat itself has a massive garden, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms and is really easy to manage and keep clean. The bedroom is unfurnished so you would need to get a bed etc.

This is to take over a shorthold tenancy, and the rent is what the estate agency has offered so could perhaps be negotiated down but is the highest amount. The property managers are to be fair really good and on it with repairs. Bills are relatively reasonable, about 80 - 100 a month all in between the two of us, little bit more in the winter if you put the heating on.

I'm looking for a professional flatmate who is tidy, clean and friendly. Someone that isn't against going to the pub every so often but has their own thing going on. I work from home 2-3 days a week, and the ideal flatmate would do the same amount.

Me, I'm into football, music, going to the pub, eating out and cooking. I usually unwind by watching films or keeping fit by going for a run or to the gym. Would be great to have something in common but it's not essential.
