Spacious room in 2 bedroom flat (QRPeckham)

Hello everyone, I'm looking to rent the spare bedroom for at least 3 months, then we can see if it makes sense to continue or not. I will be away for quite a big chunk of time btw. I'm a 37yo, designer, originally from Portugal.

Suitable to anyone, I don't believe in one person imposing how the other should live (flat owner or not) you can work from home, take baths, cook loads.. Just be tidy and respectful, pls!
Commuting to an office, there's safe Bicycle parking in the covered shed outside, and of course trains from QRP (6 min walk) to London bridge take 8 mins. This area is getting nicer by the day with a few hipster-y places around the station and a new wine / coffee place open opposite us soon.
If you prefer to have bills included we can think about it, maybe 900? Probably a better deal for winter months!

The flat has central heating, double glazed windows, a private front Patio and back garden (+ communal garden around the private one, giving a nice idea of countryside at the back). Kitchen fully fitted with Dish washer, washing machine, over, fridge, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub is quite spacious too. Living room with dining area as well.
