We are the current tenants of this lovely one-bedroom apartment in Peckham/Nunhead, and we’re looking for someone to take over the remainder of our tenancy starting from 17th December 2024 (could potentially be flexible to move out earlier in December too). You would be taking over our existing tenancy agreement, which runs until 17th March 2025 at a monthly rent of £1,700. We will cover the fee to transfer the agreement into your name, allowing for a smooth transition. At the end of this period, you would then have the option to renew directly with the landlord if desired.
