Spacious Double Room in New Build 2 Floor Flat

Hey!

We’re looking for a new roommate to move in asap to this large double room in Queens Road Peckham.

The room is in great condition with a floor to ceiling window and blackout blinds.

Furnished room but not all furniture seen in photos will be staying (bits that are staying are: double bed, double mattress, wardrobe, 2 bed side tables).

Bills split evenly are as follows:

Council Tax: £47 per month
Wifi: £13 per month
Electricity: billed every six months on meter
Water: around £10 a month

Not a party house but we are always up for socialising and going for some drinks :)

Flat has a laundry room with washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

Any prospective tenant does need to be checked by the landlord, which will include a credit check but the they do not charge for this. After this is done we will all be signing a 12 month contract for the house :)

The property is on a single lease for four tenants meaning the rent is taken for the flat as a whole, but the portion for this room is £860 (exclusive of bills).
