We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly flat in Queen’s Road Peckham. The room will be available from 1st August.
The room is a spacious double bedroom in excellent condition, featuring a large window with blackout blinds, double wardrobe, and a bedside table. The room is bright, modern, and offers plenty of storage space with an additional huge storage room for the entire household.
Please note that some of the furniture currently shown in the photos may also be available to purchase from the outgoing tenant, but this has not yet been confirmed. The only furniture guaranteed to remain in the room is the bed frame, large wardrobe and bedside table.
Bills are split evenly between housemates and are approximately:
• Council Tax: £50 per month
• Wi-Fi: £14 per month
• Electricity: Around £40 per month
• Water: Around £15 per month
The flat has a shared living room, garden/patio, laundry room with washer and dryer, dishwasher, and locking bike storage.
We’re a household of working professionals aged 24–27.
