This lovely flat is available for a sublet this winter / spring. My dates are flexible, but generally looking for someone to stay from mid-January to mid-March. The rent is £1,400 plus bills, which generally come out to £200 depending on your energy usage.

It’s an open plan living / bedroom space with a separate kitchen and garden. Located on a quiet, leafy street in between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich. There are lots of independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Local pub is a stones throw away from the front door.
