Take over my lovely room in Peckham!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in Peckham from around January time (can be flexible for the right fit) <333

THE HOUSE

The room is a lovely big size with big windows and lots of light. It comes furnished and the bed is super comfy! The room is one of five bedrooms and shares a bathroom and separate extra toilet with three of the other rooms (one of the other rooms has an ensuite).

There is an open plan kitchen living room with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is even a little garden out the back which gets lovely sun.

THE LOCATION

The house is 10 minutes from Queens Road Peckham which is on the overground route and has direct trains to London Bridge. It is also on several good bus routes.

The house is also about 10 minutes from the busy centre of Peckham with loads of great restaurants and bars to go at. It is also super close to the lovely Burgess Park which is perfect for a stroll on a sunny day.

The house itself is on a residential street so is pretty quiet.

THE HOUSEMATES

The other four girls are all in their early 20s. Three of them work full time across sales, interior design and film production. The other girl is on a degree apprenticeship. We all met through these pages and the house has a lovely sociable atmosphere. We all do our own thing but come together for a chat while cooking dinner or go out for drinks together. We keep it clean and respect each others space!

THE PRICE

The room is £920 per month excl bills which come to around £100 a month (energy, water, wifi, council tax). You would be taking over my tenancy until AUG 2025 and the deposit is £500.

Preferably looking for a girl around the same age who is a working professional!
