2 month - potentially 1 year let in Peckham

Iam subletting my room for 2 months from December, with the view to fully move out in Feb (this is TBC, so is why initially it is 2 months).

I can try to be flexible with dates but ideally it is from 14th December to mid-feb

The house has a lovey big communal living spaces (a lounge, dining room and an eat-in kitchen), a large garden that gets lots of sun! The bedroom/house is currently furnished but if I do fully move out in February I’ll be taking some of the furniture with me.

Hannah and Amelia are two very very very lovely housemates. They both work in education. They are very relaxed, sociable but do spend a lot of time independently.

We also have a small dog that may be around at times (it is likely I’ll take her with me though!)
