Hello!

Room is south facing so gets LOADS of sunshine when it's not grey out, and comes with a double bed and in-built wardrobe; bills hit about 100 per month on top of rent (this includes broadband, council tax, etc).
Bathroom is shared and kept very clean :)

10min walk to Peckham Rye station, and super close to Peckham Rye Common.

About us:

We are F36 and M34, and two cats (Marceline and Billy, 12 and 11 respectively). Work in legal publishing and comms.
Into pubs, galleries, music, languages, etc. Neither of us are big meat eaters but don't mind if you are. We both work from home quite a bit so there's lots of cups of tea and mid-morning chats on the balcony, but equally we're both out a lot in the evenings and at the weekends and very respectful of each others' privacy/space.
Ideally looking for someone of a similar age, who is left wing, likes cats, and would be up for an occasional housemate hang (film, pub quiz, jigsaw puzzle, collage club, whatever).
