Hi I'm Alex and I work as a Freelance Art Director and Animator. I enjoy climbing, painting and cooking. I also enjoy travelling around and taking trips to visit family and friends.

This will be available from the beginning of January and is £1100 including all bills. The house is situated in-between Nunhead cemetery and Peckham Rye park in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, with just a 15 minute walk to Peckham rye station and 10 minutes to Nunhead Overground.

Bills are all included: gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband.

The house is on the boarder of Nunhead and Peckham which is a vibrant, multicultural neighbourhood that have a real sense of community and is an area with lots going on. The area has great community events, places to eat and drink and lovely green spaces. Transport links are also really great with lots of options (trains and a bus outside the front door).
