Hi there,

I'm leaving my house share in Jan for pastures new and need someone to fill my room in a modern and spacious house right next to Burgess Park.

The house is 30 seconds walk from Burgess park, 2 minutes' walk from buses going to Peckham, Elephant
& Castle or London Bridge. There's a little Tesco 5 mins walk away and a huge one 10 mins away.

The rent is £700 for the room, plus one month's rent as a security deposit. Bills normally come to £160 per month roughly total as well (water, council tax, wifi, gas and electric).

The landlord is super helpful & responsive, but is generally very hands-off. You'd be living with two flatmates that are super chilled, Ben 27 works for a charity & Pav 29 in accountancy.
