The house is filled with light, is lovingly decorated with art and has a lot of books. The house is completely up to date, fully insulated, has recently had double glazed windows and new radiators installed so it is cosy and sustainable in the winter. It has a new oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher, all under one year old. There is a roof garden with a fire pit, large open plan kitchen and sitting room with a big comfy sofa.

The street is quiet and friendly, there are local shops nearby and also Rye Lane, Peckham is a short walk away which has food market, amazing restaurants, cinema, lots of great cafes and rooftop bars. Transport connections are excellent. You can also get into central London very easily on the Overground or bus. The house is a 7 minute cycle ride or 20 minute walk from Goldsmiths University and a similar distance from South London Gallery, Camberwell School of Art, The Feminist Library, Dulwich Picture Gallery and so on. There are many green spaces and beautiful parks nearby for walking and running and a community garden and sauna that operates throughout winter 10 minutes walk away.
