Large Double Room in Shared New-Build 2 Floor Flat

Hey!

We are looking for 2 new flatmates to join me and Maria in our renewing tenancy in our amazing 2 floor flat in Queens Road Peckham!

This is a new-build apartment and does not require a security deposit but instead the new tenant will need to be referenced by the landlord.

We have 2 double rooms available ( 1 x standard and 1 x en-suite) which are both furnished and each includes: Double bed and mattress, large wardrobe, 2 x bedside tables

Bills split evenly between the 4 of us are as follows:

Council Tax: £47 per month
Wifi: £13 per month
Electricity: around £30 a month (varies with seasons)
Water: around £10 a month

Social house who are always up for drinks or a movie night :)

Flat has a laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, huge storage room, 2 x communal bathrooms (plus a third private one for the en-suite room) and private shared garden between the block of flats.
