Hey all!

Looking for a new flatmate to join me in a spacious, relaxed, 2 bed flat in Queens Road Peckham, just a 1 minute walk away from the overground!!

The room is fully furnished, plenty of natural sunlight, double room, 2x bedside tables and a large wardrobe. You have your own bathroom (just down the corridor),

A short walk away from large supermarkets, cafes, shops and local bars.

The landlady will require a deposit of £900 which will go into a Tenant Deposit Scheme and returned to you when you leave. Monthly rent paid on the first day of every month. Bills are roughly £160 a month each. She's a very relaxed owner who trusts us to look after her property and pay our bills on time.

You will be sharing the flat with me! I've been living here for 2 years now. I'm a professional worker, always keeping the place clean and tidy. I'm mature, good sense of humour, easy to get along with and respect other people's space and belongings! It's a calm, chilled environment here :)
