Cheap Peckham sublet in the loveliest house

I’m subletting my lovely Peckham bedroom 23 Jan- 27 Feb (dates negotiable)
Just £520 inc bills & cleaner. (Just over £100pw)

Current housemates:

You’d be staying with the loveliest of housemates aged 32-38 (3 guys and 1 girl) who work in carpentry, environmental journalism, dance & videography, and often folks are away so there’s a chance there’ll be much fewer people around. We’ve all lived here between 3-7 years as it’s such a great place to live (and cheap!) and I hope you’ll love it too.

The room:

It’s only a little room (single bed) but I’ve been here 3 years and it suits me perfectly! Incredibly comfy new Emma mattress with topper, blackout blinds, plenty of storage and lots of natural light.

The house:

Firstly, you’ll never be cold here as our heating is included in the rent. We have two bathrooms inc decent shower, outdoor space front and back, and cozy living room.

The area: just south of Burgess Park, just 15 min walk to Peckham Rye station and the buzz of SE London, 15 min bus to elephant & castle. Great location if you cycle too.
