Great Find in Peckham

I will have my room available December and January potentially longer, and, if you are looking for a longer term rental you might be able to join the current contract after that.

This room is in a house share so you must feel confortable with sharing the common spaces with others. The flat mates are a couple (Kat and John) and a female (Farah). They all work in different areas (art, events and teaching) and have different schedules but mostly start the day early. This is not a house for parties as everyone is in bed early. During the week in particular be mindful of the noise after 22h. You are welcome to bring friends if you want but be mindful of the noises in particular at night. The housemates are always up for a movie night if you also enjoy watching movies or series etc.

As for amenities you will have a common bathroom, living room (with TV), Wifi, kitchen appliances, laundry machine, fridge/freezer, cupboards to store food, there is also a garden which you are welcome to use. The room is furnished as per photos, ou will also have towels and bedding (with duvet and pillows).

The house is very well located just steps away from Bellenden road and its a 10 min walk to either Peckham rye station or East Dulwich Station where you can take trains to London central. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby. Near you have Peckham Rye street and Lordship Lane which offer you a number of convenience shops, post office, pharmacy, plenty of grocery stores, cafes, restaurantes, bars, cinema, art gallery, yoga/gym studios etc.
