Double Room with king-sized bed available from January 2025 in our house by Queens Road Peckham station.

It's a great sized, furnished double room with king bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers available. The room has recently been fully refurbished and we are looking for our first lodger.

There’s a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom and we also have a small courtyard garden which is perfect for BBQs in the summer.

All bills included to include council tax. We’ve got great internet speeds throughout the house and access to most streaming platform (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, Sky). We also have a cleaner that comes in fortnightly to clean all areas.

Excellent location with Queens Road Station just a 2/3 minute walk away which gets you into London Bridge within 8 minutes. Excellent bars, pubs and restaurants on our doorstep such as Peckham Cellars, Kudu, Beer Rebellion, Blackbird Bakery and with Peckham Rye only a 15 minute walk away countless more places in the surrounding area. Burgess Park also close for some greenery.
