Short term let in Peckham

Looking to sublet my room while I'm off travelling - in my lovely house with lovely flatmates :)

The house is 3 mins walk from Queens Rd Peckham station - very easy and quick commute into Central.

There are 5 of us in the house including myself. It’s split over 3 floors, my room is on the ground floor, overlooking the garden. There is one other girl who also works in an arts charity who is on the same floor and with whom I share a bathroom.

The main/middle floor has a large lounge/dining room space and a kitchen. It is a pretty social house, we do our own thing but also will watch tv together and go for the occasional drink. We’re all in our early thirties, the other housemates are all professionals too, 2 guys and a gal. They are in the two bedrooms upstairs - the girl and guy are a couple but very chill. She’s a singer and cafe manager, he’s a journalist and the other guy works in renewable energy. We all work hybrid but keep the shared spaces social and chill.

The rent is £670 - super reasonable for zone 2!! Bills come to £100/month and we get a fortnightly deep clean of all the common areas which is £30/month. So total is £800 which I think is pretty decent nowadays.

Room is available from 12th January and I'm back the first few days of April. Keen to have someone sublet for the entire period but can be flexible around start/end dates.
