My flatmate has bought his own place after 7 years in the flat so his room will be available from end of Jan/start of Feb.

The room is quiet and looks out onto the garden terrace at the back of the flat. It comes furnished with a good bed and mattress; other bits of furniture might be available to keep if you would like them. In the corridor outside the bedroom are two large built-in wardrobes for all your storage needs :)

The flat itself is on Queens Road Peckham, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the station. It’s well located for local cafes/bars/restaurants/shops but the building – and bedrooms – are set back from the road so it’s not noisy.

Bills come to £132 each per month, including good broadband.

Looking for someone chilled who perhaps enjoys sharing a meal together from time to time, watching a film, heading for a drink at a nearby pub etc.
