Room in Houseshare for Sublet - Peckham

Hello, I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Nunhead/Peckham area from January 27th to March 17th (7 weeks) The rent would be £1,450 for the 7 weeks and this includes all bills.

The room is part of a 4 bed house shared with 3 other lovely housemates Poppy, Tom and Stella who are all late 20’s/early 30’s. We are all easy going housemates with individual schedules but all gel really well as a house :)
We have a lovely big kitchen and living room area plus a garden so the house feels pretty spacious. The room is really cozy and on the top floor of the house with a gorgeous view of London. We also have a cat who pops into the house every now and again which is an added bonus.
