We’re Gabriel and Kieran, and we’re looking for 2 easy-going, friendly, and clean housemates to join us in a potential house in South East London. We're aiming to build a homely, sociable space with a group of 4, so we're all on the lookout for people who want to create a long-term, comfortable living environment.

About Us:
Kieran and I are both laid-back working creative professionals.
We’re social and enjoy hanging out—whether it’s cooking dinner together, a casual pub trip, or just having a chat.
we aren't party house, but definitely up for good company and some fun times.

What We're Looking For:
Easy-going, sociable, and clean housemates.
You should earn at least £25,000 per year.
People who want to create a positive and friendly environment, long-term.
Creatives, social types, or anyone who likes a balanced lifestyle—not a party house but a good place for relaxed evenings, good food, and laughs.

The Details:
Ideal move-in date: Start of February.
We're looking to keep rent affordable, and sharing with 4 people means we can find a great place at a lower rate.
South East London location (exact area to be confirmed once we find the house!).
