Lovely room in a lovely house in Peckham on a quiet and calm street 5 minutes walk from Peckham Rye Station.

The room is £691 per month until May 2025 and then set to increase to £720 in May 2025, (this is because we wanted a three year lease with the landlord and the only way to agree to that was to agree to a rent increase in the second year) ideally we're looking for someone who would also want to live here long term. It's in the Peckham Rye area on a quiet street with two flatmates, myself and V who is 20 and myself in my late 30s. Would suit someone mid 20s at least.

The house has a living room, a small study, a backyard and a small front yard as well as a kitchen and bathroom. We're doing house viewings asap and can be flexible with timings.

Not a party house/ would suit a professional. This is also a queer household. Important to us to share similar politics (Free Palestine). Get in touch if this looks like the house for you!
