Looking for a third flatmate in a maisonette on a v well connected, quiet residential street, about a 15 min walk from Honor Oak Park station (overground), 15 min walk from Crofton Park (Thameslink, Southeastern, Great Western), 20 min walk from Nunhead (Thameslink, Southeastern). 10 mins to the Rye and other green spaces. Lots of nice pubs, cafes and shops close by.
Flatmates will be myself (she / her, 27 years old) and Jasmine (she / her, 26 years old). I work in documentary TV and Jasmine works in stage management. Neither of us want a party house, but nice dinner parties and things like that we're keen for.
Looking for a clean and respectful housemate (ideally female / ofc LGBTQIA+ friendly & happy to hear from men too) that is hot on communication and wants to help us create a comfy and cosy environment.
The house itself has a good sized private garden. Good bike storage as well. It's super light and airy and has a decent size kitchen and separate living room with beautiful parquet flooring, there's a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom with a bath / shower.
