I’m moving out of this lovely room in a shared flat in Peckham, and looking for a replacement.
Rent is £825 per month (excluding bills, which are usually around £85) and the room is available May 9th. The location is great, just 10min walk to Peckham Rye Station or 5min to Peckham library. The room is really big and comes fully furnished. There are two toilets and one bath. Plus, there is also a very nice patio, perfect for a bbq when the weather gets warm.
You will share the flat with 3 other flatmates who are all super friendly and have been living in the flat for almost two years now. They are 23-28 years old and all working full-time. They are looking for someone who is in a similar stage of life, and who is clean and tidy.
The landlord requires that the new tenant is in full-time employment and able to provide references. No students or couples allowed.
The contract is for 12 months.
