Room available ASAP in queer house 🌈

Room is available from the 7th August and ideally looking for someone to move in within the next month.

You'd be sharing with Josie, Lucy, Kate and Beatrix the cat. We're all queer women in our late 20s/early 30s looking someone likeminded to take the fourth room in our house. The room is on the first floor at the back of the house and has a great view of our garden. We have two bathrooms (with baths!!) that are split between the four of us.

We're looking for someone who is keen to make friends, socialise and make the house feel like a home. Even if it's just watching films in the living room, going for a pint or chatting in the kitchen. Cat lover is also a must - Bea is extremely friendly and and LOVES attention. We’re also 420 friendly 🍃

We are on a peaceful, leafy, residential street just off of Bellenden Road. About 10 minutes from both Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations. Our garden has a bench, a bbq, a hammock(!!) and a mini greenhouse for anyone that way inclined.

Bills are around £150 a month including a fortnightly cleaner and we’ve just upgraded to mega fast internet so ideal for anyone who works from home.
