Hi everyone! I’m currently renting out my gorgeous split-level maisonette in Peckham (Zone 2) while I’m studying abroad. The current tenant in the master bedroom is moving out in September 2025 and so it will be available from then. We’re looking for someone to stay for 4-6 months (ideally until end of January or February 2026 but flexible on dates).

We’ve also made a few updates recently – wooden shelves in the kitchen, a sage green feature wall in the living room, re-tiled bathroom upstairs, and lots of lovely art and plants to make it feel like a real home. I've tried to add as many photos as possible but for the upstairs ensuite in full I can send more (and of the walk in wardrobe)

The photo number is limited so I've stuck to the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom but can share lots more if we connect.
