Looking for someone to sub-let my double en-suite room in a lovely house in Peckham from 26th May - 27th August.
The room occupies the whole top floor and is very private and spacious with an en-suite bathroom and views of the shard from the window.
The house is very chill and social and everyone gets along really well. Everyone likes getting on with their own stuff and then we also get together and enjoy going for drinks/pub quiz together.
Looking for someone in the same age range of the house (21-26) and who will fit nicely.
Bills work out at about £80-90 a month.
Great transport links - Queens road Peckham station is 7 minutes walk away and bus stop about 3 minutes walk away.
