Looking for roommate in Peckham 3 Bedroom flat

my flatmate and i (and cat milo) are looking for a third person to join us for a year in our beautiful flat n Peckham, SE15 6TG. our third had to move out for personal reasons so we’re looking for someone to fill the room pretty quickly. it's well connected with 2 overground stations nearby, lots of busses available and a great variety of shops and restaurants a short walk away. just a 5 minute walk from the lovely Burgess Park and about 10 minutes from Peckham High St / Rye Lane.

what you'll get:

its a spacious double bedroom with a nice big full swing window. it does come with a (optional) double bed, side table and shelving. the flat has a big kitchen with gas stove and a spacious living room + balcony overlooking greenery. the flat also has a lot of storage for any extra bits you'd want to keep close but out of the way.

rent is 850 per month plus bills, which are roughly £120 a month.

we're looking for someone that loves a bit of fun, is respectfully tidy, and is pretty social in the house orrr doesn't mind us being active in the evenings/weekends. LGBTQIA+ friendly ❤

we've only just moved in last month so feel free to contribute to the decor and overall vibe - we want this to really feel like home!

(Jade, 29) i'm from Vancouver, Canada and have called London home for the last 2 years. i love a sunny day in the park with my speaker and a can, long nights out at gigs or on the dance floor, and getting around the city on a bike. looking to spend this next year taking lots of weekend trips and making the most out of what will be my last year here, orrr a year to convince me to stick around even longer.

(Hiwi, 29) i'm a Londoner who just picked up a Canadian along the way. i'm pretty chill, like to 'garden' every day, also love a long walk in the sun with a can, and a good gym session too. We both love a wine, love a crisp, and a good bravo show. when i'm not being wholesome I do like a drink or three, nights out or music gigs. my cat Milo just turned 4, he hates to be picked up but that never stops us! He's really sweet but also a bit of a crack head.
