We're looking for a sociable
housemate to move into our big four
bed terraced house in Peckham, 5
mins walk from Queens Road Station.
The room is £835 plus bills per
month.
You would be living with us: Niamh,
Jemi and Crimson. We're all chill,
sociable girls in our mid 20s who
work in the creative field or are art
adjacent. Bills are about £120 a month
but depends on time of year. Deposit
is £750 and we are looking for
someone to join our contract from 18th May
until end of July. There's then
the option to renew in July for 12 months. The room is unfurnished apart from the bed frame.
The rest of the house is furnished. We're preferably looking for a female who's 24-29 who's social and clean!
